Ken Walizada

Ken Walizada is the co-founder and president of Kline Development. Ken has over 20 years of experience in the Construction industry, starting with a deck building business, ascending to home building and commercial building renovations, to several multi-million dollar new construction commercial buildings in Northern Virginia.

Ken’s latest projects have been a 21,000 sq ft office building with underground parking structure, a 30,000 sq ft shopping strip with 20 units, and a 50,000 sq ft conference center. The Conference and Event Center is frequented by celebrities, members of congress, and the Obama’s. The Conference and Event Center known as “The Bellevue” has been published in over 41 newspapers around the world and is known as one of the most luxurious event venues in the east coast.

Ken has attended University of Pennsylvania, University of Southern California and Thomas Jefferson University. Ken holds two medical degrees and a bachelors degree with heavy emphasis on Business and Mathematics. He also holds certification in Class ‘A’ Contracting, commercial building and technical design since 2007. Ken is currently seeking LEED and Solar PV Accreditation.

David Sharifi

David Sharifi is a project manager at Kline Development. David has over a decade of experience in the construction industry with a vast portfolio of Residential and Commercial projects. He began his career as a Rail Operator in a large Transit Company and evolved into positions including Route Supervisor and Station Manager and Project Manager for Royal Build Construction. Working in both Union and Open Shop environments, David has a vast understanding of construction projects.

In his role as Project Manager at Kline Development, David fosters an environment of teamwork and ensures that strategy is clearly defined while overseeing performance and project process. His strong communication and client service skills enhance Kline Development’s process-driven management philosophy. David’s education includes Centennial College – Accountant Programmer Analyst and Construction Project Management at Humber College
